How to upload customer data from Divery to Mola

Learn how to upload your customer data to Mola.

You can use this feature to add new customers or update the information of existing customers.


1. Go to the branch settings

Go to the branch settings under the "Management" tab.



2. Click on "Mola"

Click on " Mola " or scroll down until you find the settings for Mola.



3. Click on "UPLOAD CONTACTS"

Click “Upload contacts” .
This will open a modal where you can upload new Divery contacts or update existing ones in Mola.



4. Click on "START"

Click “Start” to begin uploading or updating your contacts.



5. Upload finished

When the upload is finished, you’ll see:

  1. How many new customers were added to Mola

  2. How many customers were updated in Mola

  3. How many customers could not be uploaded to Mola (this can happen if some customer data is incomplete or contains errors).



6. The "Export" Button

Click the “Export” button to download a CSV file with all your Divery customers.

For any customers who were not uploaded to Mola, the file will show the reason (such as a missing email address) so you know what needs to be fixed.
