Participant list settings

Here, you can customize your participant list.
Participant lists are used for trips you create in the calendar.
A participant list will be created for every trip you make in the calendar.
With these settings, you can change the information displayed on the list, including which rental items should be charged automatically and when.


1. Go to the branch settings

You can find the branch settings under the management tab.



2. Click on Participant list

Click on " Participant list " or scroll down until you see the section.



3. Tab 1:Customer dashboard fields

Here, you can select which information about your customers you want displayed on a participant list (name, box number, certification, etc.).

Fields colored green will be displayed in the trip's participant list; grey
fields will not be displayed. Click on a field to include or exclude it from the list.




4. Click "Save"

Click the " Save
" button to save your changes.




5. Tab 2: Rental gear fields

In this list are all the different items you have created under "Rentals".

Here, you can select which rental equipment should be charged automatically.
The rentals you select will be displayed on the participant list and charged automatically in the shopping cart.
You can customize when a rental item should be charged automatically in the following steps.

Fields colored green are selected, and grey fields are not.




Notes
Note:  For a rental item to be charged automatically, it must be in the customer's shopping cart.
It can have a quantity of 0, but if it is not in the shopping cart, Divery does not know that this rental item belongs to this customer.
Renting out equipment can be done in your customer's shopping cart.



6. Click "Save"

Click the " Save " button to save your changes



7. Tab 3: Automatically charge rental equipment

Here, you can customize when the rental gear should be charged automatically.

This is a list of all the services that you have created.
When you select a service, the rental equipment will be connected to this service.
The rental equipment will be charged automatically when the selected service is charged.


InfoExample: I selected the "Fun Dive" service here on the list. When I choose "Fun Dive" for a customer in a participant list, the current rental equipment of this customer will also be charged to the shopping cart.



8. Charge rentals automatically

You also have the choice of how often the rental equipment should be charged.

Note:  For a rental item to be charged automatically, it must be in the customer's shopping cart.
It can have a quantity of 0, but if it is not in the shopping cart, Divery does not know that this rental item belongs to this customer.




Rental equipment can be charged per service :

If you select this option, rental equipment will be charged every time one of the above selected services is charged in a participant list.

Example:
I have a customer that has the following rental items in his shopping cart:
(until now they are not charged so therefore the quantity is 0)


In the settings we selected the service "Fun Dive".
This means that the rental equipment will be charged depending on the service "Fun Dive".


When we have a look at the participant list of a trip we see that the service "Fun Dive" is selected 2 times for this event.


When you select "for each service" that means that the equipment will be charged twice, since service "Fun Dive" is selected twice on the participant list.





Rental equipment can be charged per day :

If you select this option, the rental equipment will be charged a maximum of once per day, no matter how often a service is selected.

In the settings we selected the service "Fun Dive".
This means that the rental equipment will be charged depending on the service "Fun Dive".


When we have a look at the participant list of a trip we see that the service "Fun Dive" is selected 2 times for this event.


When you select "for each day" that means that the equipment will be charged maximum one time per day.




10. Maximum price for rental equipment

You can also set a maximum price for rental equipment.

You can set a discount here when a customer rents a certain amount of equipment.

To use this feature, select the checkbox "Max price for rental equipment."



Maximum price for rental equipment: set price

You can select a rental item that will be charged if the price of all other rental items combined is higher then this rental item.

Example:
A guest is renting a BCD (6,00) , Computer(6,00) , Regulator(4,00) , Wetsuit(4,00), Mask(3,00) and Fins(3,00). The total cost of renting these items would be 26,00.

Because this amount is bigger than the price of the "Full Equipment" item, The individual items will not be charged, but instead the item "Full Equipment" will be charged in the shopping cart.

Notes
This feature helps you track which items a customer rents while automatically applying a discount when they rent multiple items.



11. Click "Save"

Click the " Save " button to save your changes
