Here, you'll learn how to use the Settlements tab. You can view your turnover for each product, rental, or service within a specified time period.

1. Go to accounting

You can find accounting under the management tab.



2. Click on the second tab "Settlements

Make sure the second tab " Settlements " is selected.



3. Timeframe

Select the date range for viewing invoices by setting a start and end date, then click " Search ".

To quickly view invoices from today, simply click the " Today " button.



4. Options for settlements

Select how you want to display the settlements:

  • Products Currently in Shopping Cart: View the products that are currently in customers' shopping carts (these are not yet invoiced, so this represents hypothetical turnover).

  • Paid Products by Date Added in Shopping Cart: Display turnover based on the date the product was added to the cart, not when it was paid for (e.g., a dive might be added on 23.01 but paid for on 28.01).

  • Paid Products by Date of Invoice: Display turnover based on the date the product was paid for, using the invoice date.



5. Settlements table

Once you've selected a timeframe, you can view the settlements table, which shows the turnover for each category within that period.

You can click on a category to expand it and see the individual products. For each product, you'll see:

  • The current stock.

  • The number of units sold during the selected timeframe.

  • The turnover generated by that product during the selected period.



6. Export the settlements table

You can export the settlements table using these methods:

  • Print: Print a simplified version of the invoice table.

  • Export: Download the invoice table data as a .CSV file.
