Customer list
Learn how to use the customer list here. You can quickly search for a specific customer or apply filters to refine your results.
1. Go to the customer list
You can find the " Customer list " under the Customers tab.
2. Search for a specific customer
Use the search field to quickly find a customer by entering their name , email , or date of birth .
3. Filter customers on open shopping carts.
When you select the check box " Has open shop cart, " you will only see customers who have at least one item in their shopping cart.
4. Filter customers on open rentals
When you select the box " Has open rentals ," you will only see customers with at least 1 rental item that has not been returned yet.
