Customer dashboard "Current" overview

Here is an overview of the first tab "current" of the customer dashboard.

1. Click on a customer

Click on a customer in the center dashboard.

Alternatively, you can search for a customer or go to the customer list and select one there.

2. Click on "General"

Click the "General" button to view the customer's information page.

3. Select the "Current" tab

Make sure the first tab, labeled "Current," is selected.

4. Arrival and departure date

Here you can see and/or edit the date of arrival and the date of departure for a customer.

5. Hotel and room

Here you can add/edit the hotel your customer is staying as well as their room number.

6. Box number

Here, you can enter the customer's box or locker number.

7. Customer group

Here, you can add a customer to a customer group or create a new customer group for the customer.

8. Checkout

When a customer is leaving your center, you can click the "Checkout" button to remove them from your present customers.

Note: they are still saved in your customer database.
