Customer dashboard "Rental" overview
Here is an overview of the third tab "Rental" of the customer dashboard.
1. Click on a customer
Click on a customer in the center dashboard.
Alternatively, you can
search for a customer
or go to the
customer list
and select one there.

2. Click on "General"
Click the
"General"
button to view the customer's information page.

3. Select the "Diving" tab
Make sure the third tab, labeled
"Diving"
, is selected.

4. Yellow icon next to rental
Here you can see at all times how many rental items are currently being rented by the customer.

5. Add a rental equipment
By clicking the ➕ button, you can add a rental item.
Note:
it will redirect you to the cash office of the customer where you can add rentals to the shopping cart.

6. Rental list
Here you can see exactly what equipment is rented by the customer.
In the table you can see:
-
The name of the rental equipment
-
The variation (the individual rental piece)
-
From: what date the rental was given
-
To: what date the rental is expected to come back.

7. Return a rental
When a customer returns a rental, click on the item in the list to mark it as returned.
This allows Divery to track the current stock of rental items in the center. Returning a rental does
not
remove it from the shopping cart; instead, it updates the stock so the item can be rented out again.

8. Return all rentals at once
When a customer brings back all their rented equipment at once, you can click the "Return all" button and return all the rented equipment together.
Note: this is the same as return each individual rental from the list.

9. Equipment sizes
Here you can add the sizes needed by the customer for future reference.
You can create your own sizes in the branch settings.
