Remove items, rentals and services from the shopping cart

Learn how to remove items, rentals, and services from the shopping cart here.

1. Go to the shopping cart of the customer where you want to make changes

Go to the shopping cart where you want to remove items, rentals or services.

2. Click on the "-" button

Click the red " - " button to remove an item, rental, or service.
Each time you click the " - " button, the item or rental will be reduced by 1. For example, if you have an item with a quantity of 4 and click the button once, there will be 3 left in the shopping cart.
If there is only a quantity one and you click the " - " button, the item will be removed from the shopping cart.

3. Confirm the action

Click "YES" in the modal to confirm removing the item, rental or service.

4. Quickly remove the whole item from the shopping cart

If you have an item with quantity 10, and you want to remove the item completely from the shopping cart, you can click on the item and change the quantity to 0.
