1. Go to the cash office of a customer
Click on a customer's name and open the cash office by clicking the button " CASH OFFICE ".
2. There are 3 main categories
There are three main categories. Every category can have as many sub-categories as you want, which you can create yourself. Everything you sell or rent in Divery falls under one of those three categories.
Items are used mainly for physical items sold in the shop, bar, and restaurant.
Rentals are used mainly for items a customer rents for a certain period.
Services are mainly used for excursions, events, and dive-related services like Fundive, private guides, and entrance fees.
3. Filter using subcategories
You can create as many subcategories as you like. They are visible under the main categories.
Clicking on a subcategory will display only the items/rentals/services in this category.
4. Nested categories
You can add subcategories for each subcategory you create and nest further subcategories as needed.
Example:
Main category: "Items".
Subcategory of items: "Restaurant".
Subcategory of restaurant: "Drinks".
Subcategory of drinks: "Hot Drinks".
5. Search bar
You can also use the search bar to find any item, rental, or service. Type the name of the product in the search bar.
