Click on a customer in the center dashboard.
Alternatively, you can search for a customer or go to the customer list and select one there.
Make sure the cash office is visible. If it's not, click on the "Cash office" button.
Click on the "Pay" button to proceed to the payment of the invoice.
The payment window will open, here you can decide how the invoice is paid.
You can use multiple payment methods for the same invoice.
Example: a customer can use a combination of advance payment, cash in EUR, cash in USD, and a credit card to pay the same invoice.

You can add an additional fee for credit card payments. Click here to learn how to add a fee.
Make sure the payment method "Credit Card" is selected.
Click on the amount in the white box left of the currency (in this example $1558.73).
Click on the currency button (in this example USD).
Now you can see on the right side that this amount has been paid in the selected currency. You can also see the conversion rate that was used.
You can also see the credit card fee that was added to the amount.
In the white box you can see how much is left to pay for the invoice (in this example €0,00 because the whole invoice was paid with credit card).
You can click on the "Preview" button to get a preview of the invoice. This can be used to show the customer the invoice before confirming the payment.
A preview invoice contains a watermark to show it's not an official invoice. The watermark can be set in the branch settings. To learn how, click here.
When all the needed payment methods are added, you can click on the "Pay Bill" button to create an official invoice.
After clicking the "Pay bill" button, the shopping cart will be empty again and an invoice is created.
To save time, you can select the "Checkout" box if the customer is checking out immediately after paying the invoice. When you click the "Pay Bill" button, the system will automatically check the customer out.
