Customer loyalty program

Here, you will learn how to set up your customer loyalty program. You can configure your customer loyalty program across multiple tabs.

1. Go to the company settings

You can find the company settings under the management tab.



2. Click on Customer loyalty program

Click on " Customer loyalty program " or scroll down until you see the section.



3. Tab 1: Name of your program

You can configure your customer loyalty program across multiple tabs.

In the first tab, you can set the name of your loyalty program.

Click to edit the name, then press the "✔" button to save your changes.




4. Tab 2: Different levels of loyalty

Choose how many levels there are

In the second tab, you can choose how many levels your loyalty program has.

To remove or add levels, use the " + " and " _ " buttons on the right.

You can also choose a name for each level.

Click to edit the name, then press the "✔" button to save your new name.



5. Click "Save"

Click the " Save " button to save your changes.

Choose how customers can go to the next level

In the third tab, you can decide how many points a customer needs to reach that level.

Click to edit the amount, then press the "✔" button to save.



Click "Save"

Click the " Save " button to save your changes.



6. Tab 4: Earn points

Earn points per item

In the fourth tab, you can decide how and when customers can earn points.

You can individually choose which items, rentals, or services allow customers to earn points. When creating or editing a product, the final step lets you decide whether customers can earn points with that product.

 Here, you can set the points customers receive when buying a product in your center. Click on the number to edit the points a customer receives.




Earn points per purchase in the store

With this method, customers earn points based on the amount they spend on items in your store. This applies only to products, not rentals or services.

You can set the number of points earned for a specific spending amount.

InfoExample: if you award 10 points for every 100 euros spent, a customer who spends 250 euros on food, merchandise, and equipment would receive 20 points.

Click on the numbers to change their value.



Earn points on the total amount of the bill

With this method, customers earn points based on the total amount of their shopping cart, regardless of the items purchased. Points are calculated based on the total of the overall shopping cart.

Example: if you award 10 points for every 100 euros spent, a customer with a 300 euro total would receive 30 points.



Turn methods on and off

The button " is available in your center " allows you to turn the function on or off. When set to "No," a customer can't earn points with this method.



Click "Save"

Click the " Save " button to save your changes.



7. Tab 5: Give discount

Here, you can set the discount percentage for each level, determining how much a customer receives at their respective level.

Click on the number next to the level to edit the discount.

Notes

When creating or editing a product, the final step lets you decide whether customers can get a discount for that product.



Click Save

Click the " Save" button to save your changes.



8. Tab 6: Participating products

Add products to the loyalty program

To include a product in the customer loyalty program, adjust its settings individually for items, rentals, and services.
When editing a product, go to the final step. There, you can enable it for the loyalty program, allowing customers to earn points and/or receive discounts on that product.
