Search for customers
When looking for a specific customer, there are several places to find them back. In this tutorial we will have a look at searching a customer from the center dashboard.
1. Go to the center dashboard
You can navigate to the center dashboard by clicking on " DASHBOARD " in the side menu. The search widget is displayed in the top right corner of the center dashboard.
2. Click inside the field and start typing
When you click inside, you can start typing the name of the customer you are looking for.
3. Search results
All customers (present or not) that match your search will appear below.
4. Selecting a customer
To select a customer, click on their name or picture to load the customer dashboard.
