There are three tabs related to the customers in your center. We will have a look at each of them below.
You can access the central dashboard by clicking on "DASHBOARD" in the side menu. The weather widget is in the central dashboard's top left corner.
If your center has many customers, you can use the search function to find a specific one. Start typing the customer's name or box number you are looking for.
In the " Customers " tab, you can view all customers currently checked in at your center. Each customer will be marked with one of three colors:
- Blue: This customer will not check out in the next few days (more than two days from the selected checkout date).
- Orange: This customer will check out tomorrow (the selected checkout date is tomorrow).
- Red: This customer will check out today (the selected checkout date is today ).
- Grey: This customer was supposed to check out already (the selected checkout date is in the past).
For each customer, you will see their box number between brackets [].
Here, you can see all the customers who will be staying at your center for at least two more days. The scheduled checkout date is more than two days from now.
Here, you can see all the customers who will check out tomorrow. The checkout date is set for tomorrow.
Here, you can view all the customers scheduled for checkout today. The checkout date is set to today.
This customer was supposed to check out already. The selected checkout date is in the past.
Here, you can see how many customers are currently in your center.
Here you will find the customer groups that are in your center.
Here, you can see how many customer groups are in your center.
You can use the search function to find a specific group if your center has many customer groups. Start typing the group name you are looking for.
A pop-up with all its members will appear when you click on a customer group.
You can click on a member to go to their customer dashboard.
Customers will appear here when they use the self-check-in feature (through a QR code or link).
You can click the name of a waiting customer to review their information.
You can view all the details that the customer has provided.
To expand or collapse different sections, click on the arrows on the left.
When you are ready to add the customer to your database, click the "APPROVE" button.
