The center dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. If you are on a different page, you can click on " DASHBOARD " in the side menu.
You can find the weather widget on the top left of the center dashboard page.
The weather widget displays the following values from left to right:

💡 The weather widget is only half the story
The weather widget will give you a quick overview of the current weather conditions. If you want a full forecast or more information, discover more on the forecast page.
Click on the icon on the left side of the widget.
Choose one of your locations from the menu to see a quick overview of the weather conditions for this location.

If you can't see your location in the menu?
Go to "RESOURCES" in the side menu and click on "CALENDAR ITEMS", then click on "LOCATIONS". Here you can add new locations for your center.
When you click inside, you can start typing the name of the customer you are looking for.
All customers (present or not) that match your search will appear below.
To select a customer, click on their name or picture to load the customer dashboard.
Each event will have the color that is used in the calendar displayed on the left side.
The name of the event is displayed on top.
Next to the event name, you can see the income this event will generate at this time. The event adds up all the services that have been checked in the participant list. If no services have been selected yet, the income will be 0,00.
Below the event name, you can see what date and time the event starts and finishes.
For each event, you can see how many participants there currently are. The progress bar shows how full the event is already. On the right side of the progress bar, you can see how many participants there are and what the maximum amount is for the event. The progress bar has 1 of 3 colors:
Blue: The event is fully booked, no more space for additional customers.
Yellow: The event has reached the minimum amount of customers that need to participate for the event to take place but, there are still free spaces.
Red: The event has not yet reached the minimum amount of customers needed for the event to take place.
You can view all customers currently checked into your center here.
You can look for a specific customer name or box number using the search bar.
You can see how many customers are checked in at the top right.
Here, you can see all the customers staying at your center for at least one more day. The set checkout date is more than one day from now.
Here, you can see all the customers that will check out in the next 24 hours. The set checkout date is less than one day from now.
Here, you can see all the customers that should have checked out already. The set checkout date is already in the past.
You can view all customer groups currently in your center here.
You can look for a specific group name by using the search bar.
You can see how many groups are in your center at the top right.
A modal will open with all group members when you click on a customer group.
Here, you will find all customers waiting for their check-in to be approved.
Customers who fill in the online check-in form are added to the waiting customers. Here, you can check the information given by the new customers. When everything is correct, you can approve and add the customer to your customer database.
After clicking on the name of a waiting customer, you can see all their information.
